Global Consumer Engagement Group



The Tommy Hilfiger Global Consumer Engagement group brings the brands campaigns, activations and products to life for consumers across all marketing and commercial touch points. With relentless focus and ruthless consistency, the team executes high impact brand and product storytelling that builds desirability and relevance with consumers.



The Global Consumer Engagement leadership team is comprised of a group of highly experienced marketing channel leaders who set the global agenda and playbooks for Media; Communications; Entertainment & Talent; Social Media; Events; Retail, Wholesale & Digital Marketing; and Sponsorships.



Together this team has the power to reach, inspire, entertain, educate and cultivate a sense of belonging for consumers globally and it is the leadership team’s role to ensure that this is done with clockwork alignment, agile budget management, deep partnership with the regions, and strong empowerment for each team to run a fit for channel strategy.



The Global Consumer Engagement group is ultimately responsible for executing an integrated marketing plan that builds brand equity and delivers on business targets. The mission is to shape the unique and meaningful consumer-facing experiences that cut through to target audiences and make Tommy Hilfiger’s collections the most desirable in the market.



The Position



The Sample Co-ordinator, Influencer Marketing plays a crucial role in delivering the right product, to the right talent at the right time. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring our talent activity aligns with our brand vision and resonates with our target audience. The role requires a natural passion for influencer marketing, a keen eye and readiness to handle and organise product, as well as a can-do, solution-oriented, collaborative attitude, ready to break-through challenges put in your way.



Sample Coordinator Scope of Work:


  • Product allocation plans for global campaign talent, global paid partnerships, local talent dressing requests:


  • Management of daily global/local VIP dressing requests (including archive collections) + dressing requests for paid partnerships with our stock/archive collection


  • Daily ecom ad hoc product orders for dressing and gifting (campaign talent / global VIPs and relationships) including orders for global paid partnerships


  • Creating excel overviews with detailed product allocation for talent + sizing and delivery info


  • Managing shipments on a daily basis; creating shipping labels and detailed commercial invoices for worldwide deliveries checking lost parcels following up with courier services and PVH compliance for US Deliveries


  • Liaising with Order Fulfilment and B2B as well as Divisional teams for special sample requests.


  • Collecting input for key seasonal product and ensuring global HQ product orders are placed each season.


  • Ensuring special packaging developed by creative agency is shipped to markets for each collaboration / collection that requires special packaging.


  • Create seasonal overviews of available product for dressing requests.


  • Dressing suite (events) / wardrobe set ups for events/races (Mercedes / FFC / campaign talent etc.)


  • Sourcing and checking product, creating visual overviews of available product


  • Shipping logistics


  • Gifting allocations (overviews of who will receive which gifting, ensuring gifting is packed with dedicated packaging and note cards for all talent)


  • Keeping track of inventory (including ensuring archive pieces are returned)


  • Dry cleaning and tailoring for dressing requests


  • Maintaining contact data base with delivery details, sizing etc. of all global talent


  • Tracking global talent birthdays and arranging flowers /gifting


  • Support on Lefty uploads for tracking (creating Lefty campaigns for specific collection drops and ensuring additional organic regional results are included)


  • Support on creating talent facebooks



The Ideal Candidate:



  • 1-2 year’s experience in influencer marketing, talent strategy, or related roles within the fashion or lifestyle industry.


  • Has already experience with sample coordination (i.e managing commercial invoices, making orders, etc)


  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing strategies, social media platforms, and content creation.


  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


  • Detail-oriented with exceptional project management skills.


  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple project simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.


  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for fashion and lifestyle trends.


  • Tons of energy and a great team spirit are a must!
