The Technology department is a driving force in the organization for technology strategies & tools that enable the company's growth and create ever-increasing value for the end-user, be it the PVH organization, the employees, our customers, and consumers.

Our Retail Omnichannel product teams aim to create a seamless consumer experience across all consumer channels, thereby connecting online and offline channels. The success of the product teams is based on the effort and collaboration with many other teams across the organization which are all part of the company's omnichannel journey. The product teams develop, implement, and orchestrate the initiatives in an agile way from a business perspective until complete operational implementation as well as guide the cross-functional teams.

The Retail Technology Team focus is on PVH's brick and mortar stores across Europe and therefore the members are currently structured in 3 teams, Retail Sales, Retail Inventory and Retail Expansion and Operations. 

The Position:
The Technology Systems Coordinator will be part of the Retail Expansion & Operations team and will work together with the lead Operational Excellence.

The Project:
Over the years our organization as grown exponentially, and this has introduced complexity, risks, and vulnerabilities in the environment. We work together with ISG, our security department, to mitigate all risks and require transitioning into a healthy state with pro-active processes and monitoring. To be successful you must work x-functional with ISG, Infrastructure & Operations and our local markets. We will also leverage an external vendor for on-site visits. Objective to transition processes from existing vendor to the newly selected vendor for Hardware Purchasing, Staging, Shipping, as well for Break/Fix and Depot processes. Work closely with the partner to accomplish well defined R&R and processes.


Project Tasks:
 

• Inventory the need and prioritize systems which are not compliant to ISG standards
• Work with teams to execute and track progress on remediation of identified systems
• Collaborate to ship new equipment to store and have devices installed and up & running
• Execute annual "Health Checks" across our Retail Stores
• Process for asset management for hardware in the Retail Stores
• Create a well defined and clear process for break/fix and depot activities. 
• Throughout these projects seek opportunities to improve, define processes, build new ways of working
  
   

The Candidate
We are looking for a candidate with good technical knowledge in the Windows environment (embedded, desktop and server), Fashion Retail knowledge and ability to work with x-functional teams, vendors, and coordinate efforts.

 

Requirements:
 

• 3-5 years managing IT related projects
• Experience managing projects using SmartSheet or Microsoft Project
• Experience in working with vendors and coordinate the work
• organizational skills and keen attention to detail
