The Department and Team:

CALVIN KLEIN Europe has launched a series of interconnected projects aimed at transforming our in-house marketing and data management capabilities to create a more connected, integrated and personalized dialogue with our consumers. A key part of this transformation is the expansion of retail media within the growing performance marketing team within ecommerce.

In the last year we have been building the foundations for both the Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger Performance Marketing teams. Now we are looking into moving to the next phase which is expanding into the retail media space to support our Partner Program ambitions.


The Position:

The Retail Media Manager will report to the Director Performance Marketing Growth and will work on both brands to successfully build the foundation, ad tech solutions, expansion and deliver strategic initiatives to drive the long-term goal of retail media.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage retail media for Ecommerce with a view to drive commercial performance and maximize profitability

  • Proactively grow and develop retail media footprint through the expansion of partners and trading capabilities

  • Development of a roadmap that focuses on strategic priorities, business KPIs and future proof solutions

  • Work with the agency as a sparring partner to ensure that strategies are devised and the daily execution is on point

  • Strong communicator to ensure core business stakeholders are well informed with key results, initiatives and milestones

  • Drive operational excellence and innovation: processes and automation that will allow to scale operations across activation and reporting

  • Collaborate closely with the Partner Program team on trade and priorities to reach business objectives

  • Provide a budget forecast for retail media on a yearly, quarterly and monthly basis

  • Build strong partnership with core retail media platforms to maxmise opportunities and scope

  • Provide valuable insights from third party platforms in order to influence and make data-driven decisions within retail media



The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in working in a fast-paced Ecom environment and specifically in retail media

  • Strong knowledge in performance base marketing with proven results of using it to drive business growth and insights

  • Familiar with the retail media capabilities and tools

  • Result and data-driven, creative eye, detail-oriented, combined with the ability to multi-task and manage several projects simultaneously

  • A strong learn-it-all and entrepreneurial mentality

  • Able to adjust to and lead change

  • Able to communicate with and adjust to diverse audiences

  • Proven experience with managing agencies and steering priorities on a scalable way

  • Highly analytical and able to translate business questions and challenges into actionable & measurable solutions

  • Flexible hybrid working possibilities, however we would like you to work on-site frequently
