Freelance Rail Preparation Coordinator

This role uses strong organizational skills to manage, curate and organize the Product Rails used for Ecommerce fashion shoots. Working closely with PVH Studios Sample Coordinators and Junior Product Specialist, you will ensure products are prepared and ready to shoot as per guidelines and to facilitate optimum productivity and quality. 

You will be comfortable working under pressure and flexible to accommodate any change in planning. The role requires a proactive attitude and excellent time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Sourcing, Organizing and preparing looks for on set photo shoots, using rail preparation files.
• Organize and Track Samples 
• Keep product areas clean and organized so samples can be easily found
• Learn about brand divisions, seasonal and daily priorities to be able to answer on set questions regarding prepped rails 
• Collaborate with Sample Coordinators and Junior Product Specialist to ensure optimum Rail Readiness.
• Flag and Report any product issues with the Sample Coordinators to avoid future issues on set
