The Team
The Digital Optimization Team (DOT) evangelizes technology practices, standardized ways of working, Agile practices and internal culture within Digital Hub. Business Operations team with DOT is responsible for all TECH operations: finance, compliance, vendor management, communication. You will report to the Head of Business Operations & Controlling.
The Position As a member of the Business Operations team, the Operations Specialist supports the stakeholders in TECH department with administrative tasks related to vendor management and asset management.
Key Responsibilities:
Create purchase requisitions for all users within Technology in Procure To Pay (P2P) system
Confirm receipt of all hardware and services in P2P system
Manage asset management for software and hardware order items on behalf of department, manage delivery of items.
Continuously improve purchase requisition request process.
Follow up on outstanding vendor payments with the support from Accounts Payable team.
Ensure proper invoices records are maintained for the budget owners.
Support the Business Controller in ad hoc requests related to invoices and purchase requisitions.
Support the Senior Coordinator in improving the vendor management process, providing guidance and training to users

Capable of prioritizing multiple tasks while looking for ways to improve processes
Flexible to adapt to changing processes and deadlines
0-2 working experience
Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience
Advanced communication skills with senior stakeholders
Understanding of P2P systems Coupa is a plus
Excellent knowledge of English (must)
Excellent time management and organization skills
