The Department and Team
Fitting within the wider People Operations Function, the EMEA HR Data, Processes and Solutions Team are a group of dependable, innovative thinkers who are empowered to support the delivery, enhancement and maintenance of the HR Systems across EMEA to drive business strategy forward. Our portfolio of systems includes Workday and ServiceNow, among others. Ours is a collaborative culture where thinking beyond your desk is encouraged.
The Position
We are looking for a talented professional with strong project management experience to join the team and execute various projects on our roadmap, namely the already in flight ServiceNow implementation across our European markets including office and retail. This will be a combination of implementing new features in our application landscape as well as continuously enhancing and optimizing existing ways of working in a transformational environment.
Role and Responsibilities:
Execute programs that design and implement new HR functionality to increase the degree of HR process automation
Continuously review and enhance existing system functionality, adding new trends to existing features, such as Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, future automation
Manage and execute the HR systems roadmap / Release calendar (quarterly)
Translate business needs into functional system requirements
Collaborate with different IT and Retail Operations teams to ensure all business requirements for systems are covered
Act as liaison between functional users, system vendors and business stakeholders in order to drive technology projects
Define and develop training and communication plan, needs and objectives
Be a subject matter expert for all in-scope People systems / components
Constantly search for improvements and innovations within the HR systems area
Drive and promote Agile project management methodologies
The Ideal Candidate:
10+ years of experience of relevant work experience within HR systems domain
In depth Knowledge of different cloud based HR solutions (preferably ServiceNow)
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills in English
Strong (senior) stakeholder management skills
Particularly strong Excel skills to analyze and format data, proficient in MS Office suite, including Word, Visio and PowerPoint
Strong analytical and conceptual skills used to evaluate information gathered from multiple sources
Highly self-motivated and problem solving oriented mind-set
Attention to detail under conditions requiring speed and accuracy
Ability to understand the impact of system changes to different teams and the end user’s way of working
Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks and keep deadlines with minimal supervision
Training / Driving Tech adoption among end-user groups in HR across Europe
Manage projects from start to finish and support business stakeholders in delivering their processes supported by HR system(s)
