About PVH Corp.

PVH is one of the most admired fashion and lifestyle companies in the world. We power brands that drive fashion forward – for good. Our brand portfolio includes the iconic CALVIN KLEIN, TOMMY HILFIGER. We market a variety of goods under these and other nationally and internationally known owned and licensed brands. PVH has over 40,000 associates operating in over 40 countries and $9.9 billion in annual revenues. That's the Power of Us. That’s the Power of PVH.

Department and Team:

PVH Europe is on a mission to redefine the fashion industry by driving full digitization along the company’s entire value chain, from product design to the end-consumer.

The Technology department aims to become a driving force in the organization for technology strategies & tools that enable the company’s growth and create ever-increasing value for the end-user, be it the PVH organization, the employees, our customers or consumers.

The Retail Omnichannel product teams aim to create a seamless consumer experience across all consumer channels, thereby connecting online and offline channels. The success of the product teams is based on the effort and collaboration with many other teams across the organization which are all part of the company’s omnichannel journey. The product teams develop, implement and orchestrate the initiatives in an agile way from a business perspective until complete operational implementation as well as guide the cross-functional teams.

The Retail Technology Team focus is on PVH’s brick and mortar stores across Europe and therefore the members are currently structured in 3 teams, Retail Sales, Retail Inventory and Retail Expansion and Operations.

The IT Platform team:

The Integration and Harmonization program is initiated by the newly formed Integration Competency Center (ICC). The ICC is currently part of the Blackbox team who is currently responsible for SAP Workflows & Integrations within the IT Platforms subdomain. The IT Platform subdomain enables technology for product teams which has currently are 3 other platform teams: CCI Team for EDI integrations, O365 for no-code/process automation and Mendix CoE for low code business solutions. All teams work for one or more Product Owners as enablement teams.

The Position:

The project manager reports into the Delivery Lead within the Retail Technology domain. The program sponsors are the Head of IT Platforms and Head of Retail Technology for the respective programs.

The programs:

Internet Connectivity:

PVH will transition to a central led internet connectivity platform for all Own & Operated stores across Europe. The solution will replace current internet connectivity managed by local teams and local solution providers. The program will enable better performance and availability to enable digital experiences in stores, serving our consumers in the best way possible.

Integration harmonization:

  • SAP announced July (2022) that the Netweaver platform, where PO/PI is built on, will no longer be included as a supported product after 2027. SAP PO is currently one of the core integration platforms within the PVH Tech ecosystem. Even though the solution is still supported for the next few years, looking at the SAP roadmap shows that no new functionalities will be added after the end of 2024.

  • This brings an opportunity to review the PVH internal Integration landscape. A program has been initiated within PVH Technology.
