Join our DTC TECH division:


The DTC TECH team is responsible for managing the European owned-and-operated tommy.com and calvinklein.com platforms across all European markets. The team supports all necessary functions to manage the Ecommerce business end-to-end. Both brands are growing at a rapid pace and have very ambitious growth targets for the coming years.

As the own-and-operated Ecommerce business is one of the main growth opportunities for both brands, there is a high focus in the organization to support the Ecommerce expansion.



The Team:


Spanning across 26 locales and available in 7 different languages, the Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein European sites are visited by millions of visitors per month. The Platform Operations Team is responsible for operationally running the e-commerce and Partner Program platform by offering first line support in case of any incidents, to ensure a best-in-class experience serving our 2 main brands. We strive to ensure that calvinklein.com and tommy.com don´t just look amazing - but perform like clockwork and anticipate our customer?s needs.

The Position



As a Platform Operations Coordinator within the Platform Operations team, you will be the bridge between the business and product teams. You are responsible for enabling many different teams, creating value by guiding and advising business teams how to best align with all the jobs and processes within the Digital Sales Environment. Be involved in campaigns that generate a lot of visibility. Learn everything there is to know about how a global e-commerce platform works.



Expected responsibilities:



Support Incident Management Lead and the rest of Platform Operations Team in assessing the severity of the issues and prioritizing the tickets assigned to the issues;



Triage and investigate live issues on E-commerce website in coordination with technical support team and product teams;



Lead the coordination and communication of the team to the other Ecommerce teams regarding the status of the issues, related Jira tickets and reports;



Be the main point of contact for the internal stakeholder and external partners in regards to issues on live website;




Collect data on Jira and Grafana and create statistical charts that will be used for Platform Incidents monthly reports


Maintain support mailbox, ensure inquiries are addressed and alert team members when needed


Provide input files and data to external vendors for weekly / monthly platform-related tasks


Perform operational task including creating promotion activities and perform cache clears on live platform



The Ideal Candidate:


A team player who enjoys networking and helping others to solve problems;


Experience with Ecommerce, QA or support role (min 1 year of full professional experience);


Neat organizational skills;


Analytical and detailed-oriented mindset who finds joy in investigation and solution-seeking processes;


Expertise with Microsoft Office package (Excel, Powerpoint);


Experience with JIRA, Confluence;


Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.


Fluent in English.
