About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our FP&A team, supporting Payroll Planning & Control. In this role, you will be creating, accessing, and critically analyzing financial data. You will work closely with several different business stakeholders (finance and non-finance) and you will be essential to translate complex data through simple and understandable recommendations.

Role and Responsibilities:

   Perform analysis for actuals and forecasts, assessing KPIs (cost per head development, hirings, turnover, FTE growth, risks and opportunities), collect and provide insightful commentary.

   Monitorization and control of temporary spend for HQ ? accruals, invoice allocation and reporting.

   Support the budgeting and reforecasting process for payroll planning and headcount management across the region through prioritization of investments and cost optimization.

   Closely work with Business Leaders, HR Business Partners and Business Controllers through strong and trusted relationships and support decision-making with financial implications.

   Support in the implementation of automation and initiatives to improve processes though dashboards, reports and systems.

   Support with deep dives, presentations to management and ad-hoc requests.

The Ideal Candidate:

   University degree in Finance/ Business Administration

   Experience in business analysis, cost modeling, and accounting

   Previous experience as a Payroll Analyst/Controller is preferred

   Pragmatic with a can-do mindset

   Strong sense of responsibility and integrity when dealing with sensitive or confidential data.

   Very good presentation and communication skills

   Team player, positive attitude, willingness to learn

   Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP
