The Team
The Ecommerce (Ecom) Department is responsible for managing the European own and operated tommy.com and calvinklein.com sites across all European markets. The team operates all necessary functions to manage the Ecom business end-to-end. Both brands are growing in a fast pace and have very ambitious growth targets for the coming years. The team consists of approx. 100+ people and will continue to grow significantly. Furthermore, team members are of various cultural backgrounds and nationalities, all highly motived and skilled as well as inspiring to work with. As the own and operated Ecom business is one of the main growth opportunities for both brands, there is a high focus in the organization to support the Ecom growth.
One of the strategic pillars is to drive a more data decision driven culture within the business. Partner Program is an integral part of PVH's DTC strategy.
The purpose of Partner Program is to drive growth for the company whilst allowing better control of brand presence, brand distribution and extends our consumer reach.
Partner Program, in conjunction with our O&O website, allows us to ensure that we reach the right consumer, with the right offering, through the right channel. Leveraging the specific benefits of each channel in a way that allows us to create value for the consumer and drive customer live time value.
The Position
As the Partner Program Buyer, you will play an instrumental role in driving the growth of our Partner Program (marketplace) business model with our leading European eCom accounts. You will be responsible for executing the assortment strategy across all divisions based on demand and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive day to day actions with the wider partner program team, being one of the point of contacts for assigned Partner accounts.
- Continuously enhance the buying process after each buy and incorporating learnings of each partner.
- Monitor KPI's that allow for a smooth steering of the overall Partner Program business, in-line with contractual obligations and business goals.
- Establish a trusted relationship with all divisions and maintain regular feedback on product performance and relevant data throughout the season.
- Work collaboratively with the Partner Program Planning team to create seasonal range plans and define detailed buy plans incorporating partner specific performance, consumer insights and commercial opportunities
- Select the Partner Program collections from the O&O Buy and additional divisional offer in alignment with the range plan
- Manage the Ecommerce buy process including creation of seasonal presentations and oversee order entry in SAP, and STO creation
- Oversee the seasonal strategy for the business and liaise with key stakeholders.
- Partner with planning to analyse weekly sales reports and present key learnings, areas of opportunity and proposed actions during trade meetings
- Monitor sell-throughs, proposing and executing trading actions in order to improve sales performance
- Responsible for supporting with training and developing Buying Coordinator(s)
- Build and Refresh ad-hoc reports as requested
- Support Buying, Management and wider business with ad-hoc queries
- Be a Partner Program advocate champion, ensuring that the business benefits that PP brings to the business are fully captured and shared with internal stakeholders.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a Buying Department preferably within an e-commerce fashion brand with 3-5 years working experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, professional level of English required
- A passion for eCom, Digital and marketplace developments.
- Relevant experience in a Partner Program role is ideal.
- An excellent work ethic and ability to multi-task
- Good eye for product, demonstrating commercial awareness with a keen interest in the fashion industry and a consumer-centric mind set
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- A strong eye for detail, great organizational skills and works to a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as being a self-motivated individual
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced demanding environment where teamwork is key
- Excellent system skills (Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Deep understanding of how top and bottom line actions relate in trading and actively being able to steer to desired outcome.
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to understand and work on complex ecommerce business solutions and processes.
- Focused on achieving results & confident to take on accountability to deliver to expectations.
- Able to work in a multinational company where cultural awareness/sensitivity is important
