The Team:

The Omni Media team responsible for strategising and executing all paid media campaigns across Europe. Our role is to drive brand awareness, consideration, and conversion by ensuring that our message - whatever stage of the funnel - reaches the right consumer at the right moment through combining art and science.

You will sit at the interaction between Brand & Product Marketing, Communication & Advocacy, E-Com, Creative Studio, CRM, analytics, and external partners.


The team is based in our Amsterdam headquarter and has 3 key objectives:

  1. Increase brand engagement & consideration in the markets

  2. Drive traffic and conversion @ full price

  3. Be a pro-active business partner with all stakeholders, internal and external



The Role:

  • Set up and manage paid media campaigns across various platforms incl. Facebook/Instagram, DV360, Snapchat, YT, Google Ads, and more

  • Full-funnel campaign tracking, optimization, and reporting

  • Support Brand Media team on campaign strategies and key projects

  • Contribute to testing roadmaps across channels working with relevant stakeholders across the business

  • Create and employ successful audience targeting, bidding, and creative strategies to segment & personalize the experience

  • Take ownership of basic account hygiene tasks incl. feed monitoring and optimisation

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Media/Adv/Tech trends, attend our partners’ workshops, and proactively suggest new and innovative data-centric solutions



The Ideal Candidate:

  • 3-5 years experience working in a paid media role on a specialist level

  • The ideal candidate has experience working in E-Commerce or a digital agency

  • Strong technical knowledge of DV360 and Meta Ads Manager and automation solutions like Smartly.io

  • The candidate is analytical and skilled in communication, being able to explain and translate consumer data analysis into relevant business questions

  • Good understanding of Google Analytics, measurement studies, and attribution models

  • Ability to prioritise and manage own time effectively

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as business fluency in English (written & verbal)

  • Experience in programmatic advertising is required
