  • Develop range plans per product group, at the right price positioning, based on historical data, trend analysis and market research in alignment with top-down range plans as established per Strategy Framework.

  • Collaborate with Design and Product Development on building commercially strong collections in alignment with range plans, by providing guidance during the collection-building process (e.g. in Range Plan, Sketch and Proto reviews), and presenting the collection at key meetings (e.g. MMEX, DCR and TTT) and ensuring that KPIs are met.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales teams to ensure that the division supports all market needs and has strong collaboration with all countries in achieving sales targets and growth.

  • Able to collaborate & influence across multiple functions and disciplines including but not limited to Design, Product Development, Technical Development, Buying, Marketing and Operations teams to maintain range plan, pricing, margin and collection structure.

  • Review and perform different angles of sell-in/sell-out analysis and reporting needed for planning and evaluation of respective lifestyle and/or category to support (management) decision-making

  • During key meetings, ensuring product availability, providing pricing- and in-depth product knowledge when needed. Present and explain the collection to the markets and additional customers, and assist in key account meetings to obtain feedback and maintain close relationships with Markets

  • Take ownership and accountability for all collection data and related systems. Responsible for sample allocation across showrooms and accuracy and availability of information in Digital Showroom

  • Follow key country and CK market trends, analyze consumer behavior needs

  • Collaborate closely and ensure alignment through continuous meetings with relevant key stakeholders in the departments to ensure operational excellence via e.g. forecasting, buying, and sample delivery for each category (e.g. Divisional Operations, Buying & Planning, NOS). Ensure forecast accuracy and update at given milestones.



Requirements:

  • Graduated at degree level or equivalent

  • Minimum 3+ years experience in a wholesale driven environment with a focus on RTW (preferably MSW) product management / merchandise role within an globally operating apparel brand

  • Fluent English both written and verbal; other languages are a plus

  • Excellent analytic and planning skills

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Market trends and fashion awareness as well as a strong commercial understanding

  • Able to frequently travel

  • Excellent communication, sales and negotiation skills, strong influencing abilities

  • Previous experience of managing a team, coaching and developing preferred

  • Team player

  • Able to work in a hectic, fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
