The Department and Team
The Regional Merchandising Coordinator is responsible for supporting the execution of the Merchandising Strategy of Underwear and Loungewear in EMEA. On the highest level, the role of the Merchandising Coordinator is to support the more senior Merchandising team members to ensure the product assortment for Underwear and Loungewear made available to the commercial channels and markets to sell in Europe, is optimal to maximize growth and profitability of the product category business in EMEA in the short, mid- and longer term, whilst being in line with the brand DNA and supporting the brand vision.
The Key Responsibilities
Support the gathering, organizing, analysing, and consolidating information on product needs and opportunities from the commercial markets and channels, including product sell in and sell out data, market and consumer trends and insights, and direct feedback from a wide array of stakeholders such as wholesale account managers, wholesale accounts and retail store managers.
Support the translation of global documents, overviews and excel sheets into regional ones to ensure accuracy of information at every product milestone for all cross functional partners.
Support the wider team in creating and making available sales tools to the markets and channels that allow them to maximize short-, mid- and long-term sales, including documents for train the trainer sessions for new collections, and partnering with Marketing and Visual Merchandising
Support the sample management and tracking of samples on behalf of the division.
Support the wider team with any adhoc tasks.
