Job Description
In this role, you will support the in-house Media Team on all creative topics related to creative artwork development, set-up and management for our digital and out-of-home (OOH) campaigns. You will play a key role in ensuring that all campaign assets are delivered to the highest standards, while coordinating with internal teams and external partners to bring campaigns to life effectively across channels.
Key Responsibilities
Out-of-Home (OOH)
Lead artwork development: Manage the creation of artwork for our outdoor campaigns in partnership with outdoor and creative agencies. Own the process end-to-end, including briefing, timeline management, quality control, and final delivery.
Brand guardian & creative excellence: Ensure all artwork meets brand guidelines, technical specifications, and best practices for the medium. Collaborate with outdoor agency to understand site-specific considerations, market best practices and how the creative potential of each placement can be maximized.
Push the medium forward: Explore opportunities on how to evolve and elevate creatively our OOH presence. Collaborate with our internal teams to create bespoke briefs for media/ placement-specific assets.
Internal stakeholder alignment: Maintain and update key documentation outlining artwork per site, providing visibility and ensuring alignment across markets and internal teams.
Digital
Digital creative: Support the creation of digital, ready-to-use assets through our cropping tools.
Creative insights: Be aware of creative guidelines and best practices per platform, ensuring all artwork supplied is best fit for the platforms. Create and own bespoke briefs as required.
Campaign set-up: Support with ?hands on keyboard? digital campaign set-up/execution for social media and programmatic activations, optimization, and creative insights / reporting.
Industry insights: Stay up-to-speed with any platform developments and changes, incorporating input onto our media guidelines and future artwork briefs.
Skills & Experience
2-3 years experience with good understanding of media landscape and the different environments & platforms across OOH and digital.
Previous experience working with creative agencies, graphic design teams, or artwork production teams.
Solid understanding of artwork formats, file types, and production specifications. Ability to read and comprehend spec sheets.
Creative judgment with exceptional attention to detail.
Good communication skills and profound ability to manage timelines and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Hands-on experience in the programmatic digital media buying & planning space with focus a on social media / programmatic strategy and execution.
Extra points: Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
