Freelance Manager Reporting & Accounting

Maternity Leave position.

• Her temporary absence will cause significant issues / risks with respect to Key Outputs (Including Management decks to the likes of Stefan/Zac as well as Month-end-close coordination/output).

• It has been aligned with Marc to find a temporary replacement, targeted to cover for the period Emmanuelle is in absence. HRBP is informed & aligned as well

• Skillset is not readily available within PVH. The position going into maternity is a Director role. We however are targeting to have the Senior Manager (reporting into the Director position) step up and instead hire a Manager/Junior Senior Manager as a temp replacement (most cost effective and enables learning for current Senior Manager)

•  This is not an add HC..it?s a temp replacement for a critical role that is going into Maternity (Maternity break pay covered through funding from Dutch state, so targeted to be pretty much cost neutral to PVH)

• Based on various discussion in the team, we have identified a candidate that is deemed to be qualified & has the benefit of knowing the Finance processes, systems as well the team. The candidate is Michelle He (previsouly engaged as replacement for other maternity situation). The candidate would be positive to engage in a temp assignment

• Seniority level at Manager for contract would be fine (Emmanuelle Zuolo herself is Director). Starting date April 17th. Intended contract term is till 15.12.2023. Cost center: PVHQ1610
