PVH Europe Licensing is responsible for expanding the reach of our brands into new businesses, elevating our lifestyle product offer, creating new consumer touchpoints, while driving royalty revenues.

The Position:


The Licensing Advisor assists and supports overall PVH Licensing department. This can include supporting on partnerships and collaborations, cross functional teams needs, as well as commercial and product development across more than 10 licensed product categories including fragrance, eyewear, watches & jewelry and more. You will interface with licensees and internal Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein brand partners as needed across sales, DTC, Master Data team, marketing, merchandising, design, and other departments as needed.



Role and Responsibilities:


Sales and Business Analysis



  • Assist in collection of weekly/monthly sales data and best sellers, cross referencing for accuracy, and compiling reports.


  • Review and compare distribution files to previous years, highlight changes, and track account approvals


  • Recap Retail & Ecom post market buys


  • Assistance with research for and compilation of meeting presentations.


  • Industry/category research, brand comparisons, and market research



Master Data Assistance


  • Support transition of Master Data process to Omnichannel Operations team including training in PDM/PLM systems, entering and updating product attributes to maintain system and reporting accuracy, and creating master data setup forms to aide in the style setup process



Cross Functional Support


  • First contact for Direct to Consumer topics and support requests


  • Day-to-day collaboration with Licensees, and across multiple internal and external cross-functional teams to ensure execution of projects and initiatives.


  • Documentation of project status and follow up of next steps


  • Support cross functional teams with product knowledge and training tools


  • Supporting with creative services showroom briefs and follow ups


  • Supporting with Market Launch key product briefs and follow ups


  • Support digital selling of licensed products via PVH wholesale tools



  • Licensing Sample Management



  • Inventory all Licensing Samples (current and historic) as well as any seasonal development


  • Manage Licensing sample needs, requests, and loans to and from internal and external teams. Detailed management of samples and proactive follow up



General Clerical and Administrative



  • Assist in meeting scheduling, meeting setup and breakdown, prepare materials, take notes and document & disseminate minutes and next steps


  • Organize files on digital server, and maintain department organization


  • Ship and messenger materials to partners and maintain contact lists


  • Other projects as needed




The Ideal Candidate:


  • An Associates (2yr) degree


  • Min 2-3 years’ experience in an office environment


  • Experience in MS Office Suite


  • Knowledge/Experience in Brand Licensing, Retail, Marketing preferred


  • Interest in fashion business highly encouraged
