Role Description:
End User Infra team is responsible for Client Engineering in PVH, maintaining and improving the backend infrastructure of Endpoints, including Client Computers, Mobile Devices, Group Policies, Automation/Scripting, Application Deployment, Licensing, Asset Management, etc. We also act as a 3rd level of escalation for our Tech Support (Service Desk) team, handling requests and incidents that were not able to be addressed by the 1st and 2nd line Teams.
We are looking for an IT Asset Management Professional to provide administrative support to the IT Asset Management team in PVH Europe, looking at the entire pipeline of endpoints from an operational perspective, making sure we are 100% in control of our assets during their lifecycle.
Key responsibilities:
Ensuring all software orders and renewals are raised following the correct process and on time
Monitor software licenses to ensure they comply with license agreements and usage standards
Lead internal software reviews for vendor specific applications to ensure optimization of existing licenses and agreements
Update ITAM module in ServiceNow with license entitlement records and contracts to ensure the organization remains compliant with software licensing
Ensuring all hardware orders and renewals are raised following the correct process and on time
Assist in inventory management, procurement, stock management and shipment activities
Working with key stakeholders to ensure invoices match what was delivered for Hardware and Software Orders
Analyze purchasing effectiveness and resolve purchasing issues
Receiving orders to ensure payments are made on time within our procurement system Coupa
Monitor and control expenses within allotted budget
Lead internal hardware reviews to ensure existing Assets are being optimized
Support the rest of the ITAM team in managing daily Hardware and Software requests that are submitted via Self-Service Portal in ServiceNow
Oversee and support contract negotiation, contract renewals and vendor management activities
Provide BAU administrative support to ITAM and wider stakeholders with Hardware and Software related matters
Collaborate with management to define cost savings, asset compliances and service improvements
Support on preparing and managing IT asset capital and expense budgets
Ensure audit compliance for the IT assets
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in ServiceNow Asset Management and CMDB Modules
Strong knowledge of both Hardware and Software Asset lifecycle
Basic understanding of key software license metrics, such as user, device, SaaS, Core, Processor and network licensing
Basic understanding of different Hardware Asset types (end user technologies, infrastructure, networks etc)
Experience in software license purchases and renewals
Knowledge of how the hardware supply chain works and basic ordering processes
Must have strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
High attention to detail coupled with strong communication skills
High level of drive, initiative and self-motivation
Ability to take internal and external stakeholders along
Understanding of Technology and User Experience
The ability to multitask and handle ever-changing priorities in collaboration with cross-departmental teams
A desire to learn from peers and ability to work independently with a process-oriented mindset, focused on documentation
Love for simplifying and growth mindset
Willingness to experiment and improve continuously
Experience in Sharepoint and PowerBI would be considered as a plus
Preferably working on-site for the majority of time
