The Department and Team:
As part of the European Supply Chain organization, Integrated Business Planning is structured with an Integrated Supply Chain Planning team, an Integrated Business Planning team and an Integrated Demand Planning team.
The IBP team is responsible for starting the design and implementation of the IBP process for PVH Europe, working along an internal transformation program aiming at optimizing end-to-end planning. The objective of the IBP process is to orchestrate the alignment between supply chain, finance and demand planning, in order to create an integrated business plan. This plan will provide transparency through all three functions, as well as management, and encourage decision-making.
The Position:
As part of the IBP team, you are supporting the design, implementation and development of the IBP process. You will assess the current supply chain, financial, demand planning processes, and design their alignment through a state-of-the-art IBP process.
As a result, you co-create and run an implementation roadmap, including process, tools and people. You work together with demand, finance and supply chain planning teams to support the development of their planning processes. You also participate to the implementation of a company-wide planning tool.
Part of your responsibilities is also to identify and connect with senior stakeholders across the company to create a collaborative effort in designing the process, making sure all stakeholders are onboarded and engaged in the journey. This also includes presentation to large audiences.
You co-create transparency and document business cases with the appropriate insights for stakeholders to make decisions. This includes planning alignment and evolution, potential constraints and threats, and analytics insights prepared in collaboration with data science.
Role and Responsibilities:
To support the design of the IBP implementation roadmap
Assess the current planning processes within demand, finance and supply chain areas
Design the North star with a state-of-the-art IBP process tailored to the fashion industry
Create the implementation roadmap leading PVH towards the North star
To facilitate the IBP implementation roadmap
Set-up the required process to navigate through the roadmap and towards the north star
Connect all planning and data points and work towards the development of the missing ones
Support the development of demand, finance and supply chain planning processes
Participate to the implementation of a company-wide planning tool
To onboard and engage key stakeholders through the IBP journey
Identify key stakeholders within demand, finance and supply chain
Connect and maintain partnerships to ensure each stakeholder’s engagement
Align the stakeholders group on key decision making
Connect with stakeholders to quickly solve ad-hoc problems
The Ideal Candidate:
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in IBP, supply chain, demand and/or financial planning (fashion industry and/or consultancy is a plus)
Experienced in designing and implementing processes on a large scale and with multiple stakeholders’ groups
Problem solving and entrepreneurial mindset, proactively seeking for solutions and constant development. Able to work with limited guidance
Excellent communications skills, able to connect with stakeholders from all levels within the organization
Excellent presentation skills. State-of-the-art PowerPoint slides creation
Able to gain cooperation of others within or out of our department. Networks with internal and external personnel
Able to translate complex and large amount of data into clear and actionable insights
