The Team:

Identity and Management (IDM) team Europe currently consists of 2 teams:


  1. Active Directory (AD) team, which is responsible for network and app account management and support for these processes.

  2. SAP team, which is responsible for the account management, support and design of our SAP landscape.


We are continuously improving our processes to make them more efficient and effective.

Our vision for 2025 is; IDM delivers access accurately, and on time, by supporting zero touch Identity & access provisioning. IDM is the business partner for access maintenance.

Recently we moved to Service Now for our access requests and incidents. Our account creation process is 95% automated. Our goal this year is to start with: role based access and automation of the access assignment.



The Position:

  • The IDM track lead is the single point of contact for all user management escalations and related questions.

  • Should posses’ in-depth knowledge of the user management procedures and security policies.

  • Be able to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

  • Eager to seek out new solutions, and will not be afraid to share new ideas and improvements.

  • Continously improving our processes, by following the Lean principles.

  • Coordinate our automation projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day to day operations of the IDM team

  • Manage escalations related to incidents

  • Participate in our improvements projects for our 2023 mission

  • Monitor the access requests processes in service now

  • Execute SOX audit controls related to our user management processes

  • Execute access provisioning for European PVH community



The ideal candidate:

  • We are looking for a senior specialist:

  • 4+ years in senior Idenity and access management (IAM) positions

  • Experience with role base access concept design, built and maintenance

  • Experience with workload planning for team using Lean principles

  • Hands on experience with managing and provisioning user accounts within Active Directory (AD)

  • Hands on experience with exchange to manage mailboxes and distribution groups

  • Hands on experience with Identity and access management tooling

  • Hands on experience with Service Now processing & reporting

  • Hands on experience with Python, Powershell.

  • SQL experience is a bonus

  • An ability to deconstruct and communicate technical problems with non-technical stakeholders.

  • A growth mindset

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Minimal 2-3 days a week on-site
