The Team


The TH VM EMEA team is a creative hub within the DTC organization, responsible for providing consumers the most compelling store and showroom experience in the region based on the global direction delivered by the TH Store Design & Visual Experience department in the Amsterdam global Tommy Hilfiger headquarters. Overseeing the creation of VM & Windows guidelines, sampling and production of window concepts, showroom operations, and regional product presentation training, this EMEA department ensures regional DTC success in close collaboration with the market hubs.



The Creative Services Operations team is a key function within the department driving operational success, clear communication, and comprehensive training and guidelines to the EMEA markets, as well as management of the PVH Amsterdam showroom.



The Position


The Specialist Graphic Design, part of the Creative Services Operations team, is responsible for the creation of all Visual & Showroom guidelines and communications toolkits, ensuring clear seasonal guidance to the EMEA markets. Working collaboratively with their fellow Graphic Designers, key responsibilities include:



  • Create promotional artwork in accordance with Global brand guidelines and promotional calendar


  • Create VM, windows and showroom guidelines in accordance with the seasonal calendar and in close collaboration with VM & Windows teams for both brands


  • Gather guideline content from internal and external sources


  • Develop layouts and digital functionalities of guidelines


  • Create communication toolkits, including presentation templates, headers/footers, logos and iconography for both brands


  • Research and evolve the graphic layout of guidelines, tools and communications

  • Stay up-to-date with latest brand guidelines and DNA



The Ideal Candidate:


Related university degree + 2-4 years´ work experience in graphic design, with a proven record of delivering high-quality creative work


  • A passion for graphic communication


  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite


  • Strong eye for graphic design and outstanding attention to detail


  • Ability to pro-actively time manage responsibilities in accordance with deadlines


  • Ability to multitask between projects and work streams


  • Fluent English communication skills [written and spoken]
