Tommy Hilfiger Europe is hiring an experienced Management Assistant to support a team of SVP/VP Executives for an initial duration of 3 months. We are looking for an involved, self-motivated team-player with a can-do attitude.

Main responsibilities include:

• Extensive calendar management at global SVP/VP level

• Travel and accommodation arrangements

• Organisation of internal and external meetings, F2F and videoconferencing

• Expense reports elaboration and follow up

• Reception and processing of invoices in direct contact with suppliers and internal finance

• Obtain approvals where needed

• Events/workshop planning

• Editing of presentations

• Co-wnership and updating of department organisation chart

• Ad hoc requests

The ideal candidate will be:

• Flexible

• Detail oriented

• Team player

• Proactive

• Discreet and professional

• Excellent English language skills (both verbal and written)

• Computer literate (Microsoft Office + Keynote, Egencia, Concur)

• 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
