The Department and Team:
As a member of the ERP Technology team, you will work closely with Cross Domain departments to implement new projects, which covers both the business- and technical requirements. Together with our support partner, it is our responsibility to monitor and update the systems within the SAP landscape, to ensure business continuity and demands.
Furthermore, it is our role to become the bridge between the functional and technical departments and translate business requirements into technical work tasks and to oversee the technical impact of changes within our systems which define the projects and there after deliver the same. Oversee the entire project from start to finish.

The Position:
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for various projects within ERP domain which are multi-instance and based on SAP strategy and roadmap. You will partner with business and IT leaders to align ERP transformation efforts with business goals. PVH’s SAP/ERP platform is the primary application supporting our global business, and we are seeking a strong leader who will lead both platform strategy and operations in terms of delivering high visibility projects.
The Scope of various project will include but not limited to the below mentioned:
SAP Strategy and governance across our current (and future) multi-instance portfolio
Application roadmap & continuous improvement and innovation
Role and Responsibilities:
Work closely with cross domain SAP Applications Leadership to identify and document key objectives, internal constraints, risks, and other factors to establish and drive forward an effective SAP project management practice
Internalize findings and integrate market-based SAP best practices to develop a coherent approach to managing SAP projects and ensure consistent delivery of SAP projects over time
Identify repeatable deliverables, work packages or activities across SAP projects and create reusable templates that capture required steps, dependencies, and generic resource assignments
Maintain and update internally developed SAP project management best practices on an ongoing basis
Work with business and IT stakeholders to maintain an accurate pipeline of projects, and to facilitate periodic reviews to prioritize and sequence project deliveries in accordance with Monster’s evolving objectives
Ensure consistency and predictability in managing SAP projects, from charter development all the way to project closure
Identify project risks and manage risk response plan
Facilitate the resolution of issues and risks through proactive discussions with stakeholders
Escalate issues and risks to management as needed to ensure awareness and drive response
Organize weekly project status calls and publish timely status reports to stakeholders and management
Monitor scope compliance and document/record change requests
Coordinate the review and approval (or deferral) of change requests based on impact on schedule/budget
Oversee the execution of testing, training, and cutover activities
Plan for and implement requisite change management activities to minimize impact on stakeholder organizations and drive solution adoption
Throughout the project lifecycle, maintain regular communications with all stakeholder groups
Seek input and maintain a list of “lessons learned” during the full project lifecycle so execution of future projects can be improved
The Ideal Candidate:
15+ years of experience leading or coordinating SAP Projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to understand business requirements/concepts and facilitate discussions in project context
Demonstrable experience in project management, including proficiency in, or strong working understanding of, various project management methodologies including PMBOK, Prince, Agile and or SAP’s ASAP or Activate
Ability to lead large local or geographically dispersed project teams
Ability to create presentations and present in front of large audiences, including senior executives
Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a cross-functional team environment, up, down and across the global organization
Ability to address short-term tactical requirements without losing site of the longer-range strategic direction
Ability to motivate others outside of direct authority to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met
Proven analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communicational skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or related field (will consider applicants with extensive PM experience managing IT and technology projects in lieu of specific degree requirements)
PMP Certification a plus but not required
Working knowledge or experience with some or all of following platforms and technologies: SAP ECC, SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Business Objects, Salesforce, Dell Boomi
Experienced with or working knowledge of IT controls frameworks ranging from System Development Life Cycle, requirements gathering and management, change management, test management, SOX
