The Department and Team



Responsibilities



  • The Global Entertainment & Influencer Marketing team (EIM), part of the Global Consumer Engagement team, is responsible for developing all EIM strategies for both Tommy Hilfiger and Tommy Jeans. The EIM Team?s key accountabilities are:


  •    A clear vision for the casting and engagement of our Tommy Family Globally that empowers full funnel activation of our partners on an always-on basis across campaign, events, PR, lifestyle social and conversion focused tactics.


  •    Impactful, integrated activation of talent at Global brand activations with hospitality and styling to ensure brand and product desirability to both the talent and consumer.


  •    Product direction for the season and activations that drives back to commercial priorities, inclusive of packaging and styling briefs that provide a consistent brand framework that drives product elevation through the lens of the talent.

The EIM team is responsible for shaping the brand?s narrative through the lens of our talent across fashion, art, music, entertainment, and sports (F.A.M.E.S). We build meaningful connections between the people, products, and cultural moments that matter to our consumer.



Working closely with global teams, regions, and licensee partners, we ensure that our talent strategies are not only culturally relevant but consistently activated across all markets.


By leveraging our combined expertise in talent identification, relationship management, sponsorships, and content creation, the team develops and executes integrated talent strategies that elevate the brand globally. This includes leading the end-to-end journey for each talent partner: from scouting and negotiation to product seeding, campaign development, event integration, content production, and performance tracking, ensuring the right voices bring our storytelling to life.

The Position



The Manager, EIM plays a pivotal role in leading the brand?s external storytelling across Tommy Hilfiger and Tommy Jeans. As a key member of the EIM Team, this person is responsible for shaping and executing seasonal and year-round EIM strategies (with a strong focus on Sponsorships and Licensees), overseeing global influencer and talent relations, managing high-impact brand events, and ensuring all communications reflect the brand?s unique DNA.


This role requires a strategic and creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can confidently manage cross-functional relationships, and brings a deep understanding of the fashion media and influencer landscape.


This position will work closely with Marketing teams and with peers on the EIM team. The candidate will be responsible for bringing the EIM strategy to life to deliver inspiration for our consumer and business results. They will work within the Global EIM team to translate and implement the strategy and will report into the Senior Manager Global EIM.



Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to)


   Ensure consistent global storytelling through clear guidelines on talent selection, seeding, paid partnerships, and long-term relationships.


   Translate the global brand vision into global EIM strategies, toolkits, and talent frameworks that can be adopted across regions, licensees and sport sponsorships.


   Build global talent journeys that elevate brand storytelling and ensure consistency across markets and categories (apparel, fragrances, eyewear, watches, etc.).


   Define global guidelines for talent sourcing, seeding, paid partnerships, and long-term relationship models.


   Lead EIM alignment with licensee partners (fragrance, eyewear, watches, etc.).


   Review/approve talent proposals, guide best practices, and elevate licensees to a 360°, always-on influencer approach.


   Create global talent briefs and strategy decks that guide seasonal storytelling and hero talent campaigns.


   Provide creative and production direction to regions and licensees.


   Support strategy and talent execution for major global events (NYFW, launches, athlete activations).


   Lead seamless on-the-ground talent management and content capture when required.


   Develop global analytics frameworks and KPIs for talent performance.


   Support in the creation of global recaps, performance dashboards, and strategic reviews for senior leaders.


   Provide actionable recommendations and ensure insights are applied across all partners and licensees.


   Ensure global hero moments are amplified consistently across all regions and licensees.


   Review and approve licensee talent proposals, ensuring they meet brand standards in selection, storytelling, and objectives.



The Ideal Candidate


  •    The candidate must be a resident of The Netherlands.


  •    5-7 years of relevant experience in influencer marketing strategy, with a strong track record of leading successful influencer campaigns. Previous experiences within licensees and sports marketing are a plus.


  •    Experience building global guidelines, toolkits, and scalable frameworks for multi-market use.


  •    Understanding of how talent integrates into global brand ecosystems across channels.


  •    Proven ability to develop and execute EIM strategies across global markets.


  •    Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong storytelling instincts.


  •    Deep understanding of the global fashion landscape, including key media, influencers, events, and industry trends.


  •    Brings existing relationships with influencers and knows how to leverage them effectively.


  •    Equally strong at cultivating new connections, building trust, and positioning the brand with emerging voices and platforms.

  •    Strategic thinker with a creative edge and strong attention to detail.


  •   Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional relationships and collaborating with global teams.


  •    Calm and solutions-oriented in high-pressure or crisis situations.


  •    Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.


  •    Naturally strives for excellence and always looking to meet the highest standards and quality.


  •   Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.


  •    It is required for the candidate to work on-campus 4 days a week.
