Global Consumer Engagement Group


The Tommy Hilfiger Global Consumer Engagement group brings the brand’s campaigns, activations and products to life for consumers across all marketing and commercial touch points. With relentless focus and ruthless consistency, the team executes high impact brand and product storytelling that builds desirability and relevance with consumers.



The Global Consumer Engagement leadership team is comprised of a group of highly experienced marketing channel leaders who set the global agenda and playbooks for Media; Communications; Entertainment & Talent; Social Media; Events; Retail, Wholesale & Digital Marketing; and Sponsorships.



Together this team has the power to reach, inspire, entertain, educate and cultivate a sense of belonging for consumers globally and it is the leadership team’s role to ensure that this is done with clockwork alignment, agile budget management, deep partnership with the regions, and strong empowerment for each team to run a fit for channel strategy.



The Global Consumer Engagement group is ultimately responsible for executing an integrated marketing plan that builds brand equity and delivers on business targets. The mission is to shape the unique and meaningful consumer-facing experiences that cut through to target audiences and make Tommy Hilfiger’s collections the most desirable in the market.



The Position


The Specialist, Influencer Marketing Talent Strategy plays a crucial role in shaping our talent strategies for regional talent choices and influencer product and lifestyle campaigns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring our talent choices align with our brand vision and resonate with our target audience. The role requires a natural passion for influencer marketing, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to create impactful content guidelines.



Planning: Support Senior Manager EIM to compile seasonal influencer plans across Tommy Hilfiger and Tommy Jeans.


Talent briefing: Support Senior Manager EIM to provide creative content guidelines that align with brand channels and ensure talent creates content that meets specific requirements.


Talent Amplification: Execute the amplification of talent content during campaign rollouts, leveraging their influence to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.


Reporting: Compile weekly Keynote and PowerPoint reports for all influencer activity from the Global EIM team. Share key notes and actions from all team meetings.


Product management: work with Sample team to ensure Regions and influencers are provided the right product at the right moments including product ordering, send-outs, liaising with agencies on special packaging, supporting Senior Manager on ad-hoc dressing requests.


Regions: provide support to Senior Manager EIM on requests from Regional stakeholders.


Activations: managing talent logistics at live activations.


Content management: support Senior Manager in the distribution of influencer content to internal stakeholders - eCom, CRM, Media, Social.


Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing and content creation.


Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR, and social media, to ensure cohesive influencer strategies across channels.


Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.



The Ideal Candidate:



  • 2-4 year’s experience in influencer marketing, talent strategy, or related roles within the fashion or lifestyle industry.


  • Experienced, capable and creative operator of Keynote and Powerpoint presentations


  • Understanding of talent data, including engagement, impressions, reach and earned media value.


  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing strategies, social media platforms, and content creation.


  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


  • Detail-oriented with exceptional project management skills.


  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple project simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.


  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for fashion and lifestyle trends.
