The Department and Team:
Calvin Klein Accessories is a relatively new and fast growing divisions comprising all accessories product categories including handbags, small leather goods, belts, textile accessories, for men, women and kids.
The Calvin Klein main label is designed and developed from Amsterdam whilst the CALVIN KLEIN JEANS line is part of a global collection designed in NY.

The Position:
The Freelance designer will support the design team in creating the Soft accessories Collection.

Role and Responsibilities:

• The conception and development of the Calvin Klein accessories through key silhouettes, materials, hardware in accordance with the brand DNA, global design inputs and market requirements and in collaboration with the Design team
• Preparing seasonal mood boards, concept boards, research, and color proposals (4 collections ? 2 main and 2 pre) for bags.
• Working closely and building a strong relationship with Merchandisers and Product Developers, in order to strengthen partnership 
• Delivering proper technical packs for development by keeping deadlines 
• Delivering comments to PD, based on Design Manager and Creative Director feed backs
• Creating presentation boards and supporting the design team with presentation preparations ? displaying samples at presentations. 
• Create digital overviews of the collection and as well, work on layouts for internal and external presentations
   

The Ideal Candidate: 

• A relevant experience in the design field.
• A bachelor/ master?s degree in Accessories Design or equivalent experience in Product Design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign
• High productivity.
• Pro activity.
• High flexibility, adapt to changes.
• Highly organized with the ability to plan according to priority and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Sensibility to colors.
• Excellent communication skills, fluency in English a must
