Position Description and responsibilities:
You are a key player in the Campaign Management team working on a variety of campaign projects reporting into the CRM Campaign Manager. You will be responsible for executing these campaigns from start to finish, connecting all the different parties involved. The majority of projects will have technical, creative and data related elements with the focus of increasing consumer retention and engagement. There is expectation for you to be skillful in all areas particular with the use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role will enable you to work across other teams and collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage campaign projects within Calvin Klein:
Manage email campaigns from start to finish (writing briefs, lead creative kick offs and reviews, submit translations, build emails in SFMC, analyze the performance, report results to the key stakeholders)
Support email activities for our Seasonal Sale campaigns as well as our Omnichannel CRM support for select markets.
Drive commercial success of scheduled newsletters, come up with testing ideas and recommendations
Clearly define the requirements/user stories to assure that technical requirements are considered to devise a solution combining innovation and data.
Act as a “gate keeper” of Calvin campaign projects to ensure they are moving and developing - in accordance with the roadmap. Take ownership of the backlog, assuring that all demands are considered and manage the prioritization of what will get delivered. Consistently measure the potential value being added by the different projects and use these insights to drive fact-based conversations to prioritize the highest value adding projects.
Keep all stakeholders aligned & focused on the deliverables in order to deliver the end product according to the timelines and specifications. This includes the maintenance of projects schedules and monitoring progress in order to give regular updates across the teams involved.
Represent CRM and participate in the development & improvement of project management processes.
2. Contribute to vision and roadmap development for the CRM Platform, by:
Introducing and driving marketing automation initiatives.
Initiating projects to make sure that capabilities of the current CRM infrastructure are utilized to its fullest extent.
3. Manage business partner relationships with stakeholders across the business:

Requirements:

Experience with SQL to segment and adjust member selections
Sufficient knowledge of HTML and CSS

Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to juggle complex priorities and projects
Education, experience and other minimum qualifications:
University degree (e.g. in Business, Marketing, Economics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Computer Science)
2-3 year experience in digital marketing, email marketing, CRM or analytics
2-3 year experience in an international direct to consumer environment
Fluency in English (written and verbal)
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other email/journey building tools
Knowledge in the area of CRM, database and campaign management
Preferably knowledge of AMPscript
Preferably experience with email metrics
