Position Description and responsibilities:
You are a key player in the team working on a variety of campaign projects reporting into the CRM Campaign Manager. You will be responsible for executing these campaigns from start to finish, connecting all the different parties involved. The majority of projects will have a technical, creative and data related elements with the focus of increasing consumer retention and engagement. There is expectation for you to be able skillful in all areas particular with the use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role will enable you to work across teams and collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage campaign projects within Calvin Klein:
Manage email campaigns from start to finish (writing briefs, lead creative kick offs and reviews, submit translations, build emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, analyze the performance, report results to the key stakeholders)
Improve & maintain consumer experience with dedicated nurture & reactivation automated programs
Support all touchpoints both offline and online with CRM initiatives
Implement CRM initiatives to acquire, retain existing consumers and reward our best consumers to increase sales and marketing efforts
Drive commercial success of scheduled newsletters, come up with testing ideas and recommendations
Clearly define the requirements/user stories to assure that technical requirements are considered to devise a solution combining innovation and data
Act as a “gate keeper” of Calvin campaign projects to ensure they moving and developing - in accordance to the roadmap. Take ownership of the backlog, assuring that all demands are considered and manage the prioritization of what will get delivered. Consistently measure the potential value being added by the different projects, and use these insights to drive fact-based conversations to prioritize the highest value adding projects.
Keep all stakeholders aligned & focused on the deliverables in order to deliver the end product according to the timelines and specifications. This includes the maintenance of projects schedules and monitoring progress in order to give regular updates across the teams involved.
Represent CRM and participate in the development & improvement of project management processes.
2. Contribute to vision and roadmap development for the CRM Platform, by:
Introducing and driving marketing automation initiatives
Initiating projects to make sure that capabilities of the current CRM infrastructure are utilized to its fullest extent
3. Manage business partner relationships with stakeholders across the business:
Day-to-day communication & updates
Continuously review and optimize way of working together
4. Consult markets and other stakeholders on the usage of consumer insights and profiles to drive engagement, conversion and lifetime value
Skillset requirements:
Problem-solving and practical decision-making abilities
Enthusiastic, flexible and proactive personality
Strong analytics skills
Experience with SQL to segment and adjust member selections
Sufficient knowledge of HTML and CSS
Commercial consumer-thinking mindset
Strong project management skills
Passion for innovation in the field of marketing automation
Strong communication and storytelling skills in English both written and verbal
Results-driven and fact-based communication style
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to juggle complex priorities and projects
Education, experience and other minimum qualifications:
University degree (e.g. in Business, Marketing, Economics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Computer Science)
2-3 year experience in digital marketing, CRM or analytics
2-3 year experience in an international direct to consumer environment
Fluency in English (written and verbal)
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other email/journey building tools
Knowledge in the area of CRM, database and campaign management
Preferably knowledge of AMPscript
MUST have experience with email metrics & email marketing
Hybrid position, no remote possible. Preferably 2-3 days a week on-site
