Job Description:

The CRM department has 3 key objectives:

-   Increase consumer engagement
-   Improve retention rate
-   Drive traffic and conversion to support sales and marketing efforts 

The CRM team is part of the Consumer Journey team, which oversees all the consumer touchpoints inside the company including Social Media, Customer Service, Sales Activation (Retail Marketing), Paid Media and Digital Media. As the CRM team, we help support and facilitate various projects through the use of email campaigns with aim of building loyalty and retention. 


The Campaign Coordinator will join the CRM Department at our PVH European head office in Amsterdam, working from home for the foreseeable future. He/she will be responsible to ensure seamless execution of CRM campaigns, generate a successful, consistent, omni-channel customer experience for PVH (Calvin Klein) consumer communications, in order to strengthen the brand loyalty and increase revenue. Day-to-day, the Campaign Coordinator will work closely with other members of the CRM Campaign Team executing campaigns within the ESP platform (Salesforce) consisting of emails. This role will report to the CRM Campaign Manager.


Position Description and Responsibilities:

Oversee daily campaign operations, ensuring communications are dispatched on time according to commercial plan 

Log and monitor bugs affecting the email-marketing program to ensure they are addressed in a timely manner. Ensure accuracy of all campaigns (creative, copy, links, legal, setup, spam risks etc.)

Be aware of email industry best practices and respond to changing trends/developments to enhance CRM program efforts. Support the wider CRM team on operational components including collaborating with internal departments and vendors for input and insights 

Requirements
-   A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant working experience in executing email campaigns 
-   Familiarity with an Enterprise 2.0 ESP (preferably Salesforce / ExactTarget) 
-   Good understanding of email marketing best practices and basic understanding of HTML. 
-   Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills
-   Demonstrate energy, drive, determination and persistence, strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
-   A "go get 'em" attitude - no task is unturned (or too small)
-   A curious nature, keen on testing and learning from data and experience
-   Strong communication skills
-   Fluent in English, both written and spoken form
-   Flexible. No nine to five mentality
-   Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs; Excel and PowerPoint
