The Department and Team
The Tommy Hilfiger Brand Office is structured to help align and elevate all consumer-facing work across Merchandising, Design, Marketing and Creative Services, in addition to being the interface with other key headquarter and regional business partners.
As we head towards our 2025 transformation, the Brand Office's lean enabling teams will ensure we do so with all cylinders firing together, ensuring our strategy sits across every aspect of the brand:

The Position
As a key team member within the Brand Office, this role has direct exposure and interactions with Avery Baker, President and Chief Brand Officer, Tommy Hilfiger Global. The role supports the development of Communications, Marketing and Merchandising Strategies by building comprehensive decks and other materials that compile leadership messaging to different internal and external stakeholders.
In this position you will be responsible for creating presentations that share the TOMMY HILFIGER brand and business strategies to a variety of stakeholders both internally and externally. The goal is to create future looking, powerful stories in a way that create impact on the audience (internal associates, consumers, investors, or media - among others).
Responsibilities:
- Creative Story Telling: Ability to translate numerous materials and information (strategy, data, annual reports, news articles) into clear, concise and powerful stories/messaging (mix of imagery + copywriting). In building each presentation, it will be important to consider audience, timing, and other corporate messaging that might contribute or conflict
- Audience Consideration: Being able to understand and guide how the story needs to change depending on target audience - knowing what to emphasis and what to pull back is critical.
- Strong Stakeholder Management: Working with (senior) stakeholders across the company independently to compile information from different departments, transforming all feedback into one concise storyline.
- Research skills: Achieve a deep understanding of the TOMMY HILFIGER brand, history and strategy, being creative with existent brand assets to develop new and relevant content
- Flexibility: Marathon mindset, pace your work accordingly and be capable to adjust while moving. This role may require extended working hours, evening work and possibly weekends.
- Creativity: create new materials out of thin briefings that allows max creativity and minimum limits.
- Puzzle solver: Ability to put different pieces of feedback together into a storyline that aligns with Brand strategy. Manage project pace and progress, build-in details while moving with a clear roadmap and excellent project management skills.
- Project Management:
- Maintain quality, accuracy and efficiency and timelines for all stages of the presentation development, in line with our purposeful mission, DNA and positioning.
- Capable of tastefully pushing Leadership team for feedback, managing deadlines and final deliverables.
- Technical Skillset: master of PPT and Keynote to create presentations that are dynamic including animations and transitions.
As part of the recruitment the final candidates will be asked to create a (keynote/ppt) presentation on a relevant and recent theme to be defined.
The ideal candidate:
- Minimum 3 years of experience working on similar projects for corporate executives.
- Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the company.
- Great judgement and ability to problem-solve, both independently and with peers
- Able to focus and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal oversight, while also operating as a collaborative team player.
- Strength in analyzing, synthesizing and summarizing high volumes of information
- Highly organized and structured individual with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- A self-starter with an optimistic spirit and a “make it happen” attitude
- Deadline driven, with the ability to work in a fast-pace environment with frequently evolving priorities.
- Ability to manage workload, be flexible and proactive, work under tight deadlines, and ensure quality and accuracy. No 9-5 mentality
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken form
- Knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign is a plus
