Its focus is designing and marketing high-quality men´s tailored clothing and sportswear, women´s collection apparel and sportswear, kidswear, denim collections, underwear (including robes, sleepwear and loungewear), footwear and accessories. Through select licensees, Tommy Hilfiger offers complementary lifestyle products such as eyewear, watches, fragrance, swimwear, socks, small leather goods, home goods and luggage.

PVH Outlet production team is responsible for production operations for PVH Outlet business consisting of assortment for all product groups and divisions for both Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein. The team works closely with teams such as European Outlet Merchandising, European Outlet Buying, Sourcing Hubs and vendors to ensure on time delivery and production processes. We are looking for Coordinator Style Master Data to support the Style Master Data team within Product Operations for the Outlet business. The Coordinator Style Master Data Outlet will be focused on Style Master Data maintenance, working closely with the Product development, Merchandising and Product Operations team

Role and Responsibilities:

Style Creation in PIM/SAP systems for both seasonal and NOS styles

Be the gatekeeper of all Licensing product master data and keep the system updated and accurate.

Style Value Added Services for all Global Regions

Ongoing Operational support to the PVH O&O Buying and Production teams

The Ideal Candidate:

Desired 1-2 years of experience

Good communication skills

Detail oriented and able to meet 100% accuracy of data management across multi platforms.

Demonstrate initiatives and deliver tasks within the required deadline without jeopardizing quality of work.

Able to identify priorities and potential bottleneck processes and come up with possible solutions and execution.

Excellence in organizational and collaboration with other colleagues to execute ideas/solution on process improvement.

Strong analytical skills that can see the bigger picture of the business needs.

Flexible and team worker

Microsoft Office skills and Adobe. Excellent skills in Excel (and SAP FMS, PLM and PIM is a plus).
