The Team
Within the eCommerce team, our mission is to drive a commercially focused strategy with a strong emphasis on product, trading, and business growth to elevate online performance. The Digital Merchandising team serves as the backbone of eCommerce, leading site merchandising, content, and product launches to achieve sales and conversion targets, as well as operational excellence. The team works closely with the broader CK teams to ensure strategic alignment and drive commercial performance. As a key member of the team, this role plays a significant part in the department?s overall success and strategic growth.
The Position
As Coordinator Digital Merchandising at Calvin Klein Europe, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of seasonal, trade, and campaign strategies across the digital platform. You will play a key operational role in the setup and execution of merchandising strategies from full-price to sale and campaign activations ensuring product visibility, optimised site experiences, and alignment with brand and commercial goals. A strong eye for detail, interest in data, and collaborative spirit will be essential to your success.
Key Responsibilities
Own the operational setup and ongoing management of product assignments within PIM Catalogs, ensuring accurate assortment, stock status management including sold out and coming soon, campaign and promotional flag implementation, and optimal product placement on CK.com.
Support the execution and maintenance of Campaign and Sale launches by managing product assignments, creating and publishing PLPs, building URLs, executing promotional codes, updating sales content, and ensuring accurate redirects across PIM and Fredhopper.
Support day to day site merchandising operations including grid merchandising for Full Price and Sale, merchandising rule creation and maintenance, search and filter optimisation, product recommendation management, and overall product discovery enhancement to drive engagement and conversion.
Build, optimise, and maintain product journeys using merchandising tools such as Fredhopper and XO, continuously improving navigation, visibility, and on-site performance.
Partner closely with Platform Operations to identify and resolve site issues, proactively maintaining site health and functionality.
Analyse website performance metrics and customer behaviour to generate actionable insights that inform trading decisions, merchandising strategies, and continuous optimisation.
Collaborate with cross functional teams including Buying, Planning, UX, and Product to ensure digital merchandising strategies align with broader brand and commercial objectives.
The Ideal Candidate
1-2 years of experience in site merchandising, e-commerce, or a related field.
Proven experience working with PIM tools, and merchandising platforms like Fredhopper, XO, or similar.
Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset, with a passion for using data to guide decision-making.
An eye for aesthetics and brand alignment, ensuring all on-site elements deliver a cohesive and visually compelling experience.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
Proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks, while proactively flagging capacity and support needs to senior team members.
Enthusiastic about fashion retail and digital commerce, with a growth-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.
