The Digital Product team is responsible for multiple digital experiences within the wholesale selling journey for our brands. The part of the team this role will be focusing on is the Digital Selling Operations team. Responsibilities for this team are to ensure a smooth selling journey for our sales representatives all over the globe. The main priorities of the team are to streamline, simplify and innovate the digital selling journey in collaboration with different partners and stakeholders.

The Operations team consists of transformation, content, training/communication, market launch management and product environment oversight.


The Position

As Content Specialist you will work within the Digital Selling team. You will be responsible for drafting and executing our digital selling content strategy. In your role, you will liaise and collaborate with multiple stakeholders within the organization to drive innovation and push the boundaries of digital content within the selling tools.

You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Working closely with product marketing and divisions to support the creation of inspiring and impactful content that boost engagement and enhanced the selling and buying experiences.

  • Collecting feedback and users’ insights to better understand their content needs and the best way to support them.

  • Collaborating with digital selling tools and systems product owners to implement new functionalities that optimized the way digital content is uploaded, displayed and used withing the tools.

  • Supporting and promoting the usage of 3D content (images, videos and animations) in the selling tools.

  • Benchmarking digital content innovations in the fashion industry and beyond to ensure PVH stays a pioneer in this area.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 3+ years of project management experience

  • Creative and strategic thinker

  • Knowledgeable in 3D technology within the fashion industry

  • Experience working in large organizations undergoing digital transformation

  • Communicates strongly and effectively (both written and verbally) across all levels of the organization

  • Excellent collaborator, you believe in sharing successes and celebrating together

  • Ability to influence and achieve results through others who are not direct reports, including senior management

  • Excellent presentation facilitator

  • Skilled in identifying solutions/ options and presenting your advice to stakeholders in a convincing and structured manner

  • Is determined and curious to understand use cases and takes initiative in prioritizing solutions

  • Has an interest for digitalization, process optimization and technology
