The Ecommerce division is part of the Omnichannel hub at PVH and is responsible for managing the European owned and operated tommy.com and calvinklein.com sites. Both brands are growing at a fast pace and have very ambitious growth targets for the coming years. The division consists of approx. 100+ people and will continue growing significantly in 2020. The team is proud of its diverse cultural backgrounds and nationalities and are all highly motivated and talented as well as inspiring to work with.


The Team:

Tommy.com attracts over 20 million visitors across 25 countries every year! Our Customer Experience Team thrives to optimize the customer journey by designing, testing and developing a top-notch Ecommerce platform. Our designs and new functionalities set the example for our worldwide Tommy Hilfiger Ecommerce business and are leading on our website, app and in-store shopping screens.


The Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for the quality assurance of Tommy.com content pages. You will be working with Product Owners and the Content teams in order to test and trial new designs, new tools and seasonal and weekly content refreshes, keeping a focusing on how well the journey is experienced from end to end. Together with the Content Publishing Manager and the Content Publishing Specialists, you will make sure Tommy.com content meets the needs of our consumers and respects the creative integrity of marketing and commercial projects. As well as this, you will be required to maintain a test schedule that fits the overall content calendar, making sure content is tested on time and in line with deadlines.

Moreover, you will be asked to ensure go-live integrity of low- to mid- scale commercial campaigns (e.g. sales activations) and liaise with all the relevant stakeholders when a green light is needed from the Content Team.


The Ideal Candidate:

  • You have the ability to meet deadlines and working under pressure.

  • You are able to process high volumes of information on a daily basis.

  • You bring some experience in redacting, producing, and testing editorial content for global audiences.

  • You have good analytical skills, and you can communicate fluidly in English.

  • You are used to communicate with a wide array of stakeholders at different level of seniority.

  • You bring good knowledge of eCommerce order flows.

  • You have good command of Google documents & spreadsheets.

  • You know how to use JIRA.

  • Positive attitude, energy, great desire to learn and passion for eCommerce, Content and Digital Marketing.

  • Must be available for 50/50 hybrid working model - Wednesdays & Thursdays on-site

  • Experience with handling various stakeholders is a pre

  • The work mostly consists of manually reviewing content. However we do welcome someone with knowledge & skill on automation.
