The Team:

Calvin Klein Womenswear Europe - Merchandising

The Merchandising team is responsible for the planning and implementation of a successful product GTM (Go to Market) strategy that meets the region specific consumer requirements, delivers on the KPI targets, upholds the iconic CK brand image and realizes the global brand direction.

The team is the key contact between Design and Sales, presenting the collection and ensuring effective and consistent communication between the division, regional sales and retail channels.


The Position:

The Merchandise Coordinator will support all aspects of the Calvin Klein Womenswear GTM process, from an operational and administrative perspective. Reporting into the Merchandise Manager, the Merchandise Coordinator will support the full team with collection set up, sample management, and all pre-market launch activities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting with collection set up and maintenance within the PLM system (collection set up, maintaining RRPs, Target Margins, Option Investment etc), covering four seasons per year, and additional adhoc capsules (regional and global)

  • Supporting the Merchandise Manager in the set up and organization of Key Collection Milestone meetings (Range Plan, DCR, Market Launch etc).

  • Ownership of Sell-In and Sell-Out rerporting, supporting the team with analysis and identifying action plans.

  • Take ownership of internal sample management, including inbound and outbound sample planning.

  • Partner closely with the GTM team to ensure smooth, consistent and informative communication towards the sales teams during Sell-In seasons.

  • Own Pre-Market Launch activities, including but not limited to, sample management, sample logistics, digital asset creation, communication with Photo Studios, and acting as the key contact for showroom set up.



The Ideal Candidate:

  • Education: gradutated at degree level or equivalent

  • Preferred 1+ years’ experience (full time or internship) in a merchandising team within a premium brand environment. Womenswear experience preffered

  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Additional languages are a plus, but not neccessary

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to multi-task

  • Awareness of market trends, as well as a good commercial understanding

  • Team player

  • Able to work in a face-paced environment with deadlines
