The Team


The Buying Operations team is responsible for tracking and managing the global Tommy Hilfiger purchase orders, ensuring data accuracy and monitoring delivery KPI’s.


We translate data into information that creates transparency and supports decision making for key stakeholders.


This team works in close collaboration with the Planning & Buying team, local and offshore Sourcing teams & Vendors and inbound teams.



The Position


As a Global Buying Operations Analyst you will provide insights of Global Purchase orderbook to key stakeholders. You ensure standard reports are up to date and you deepdive anomalies, you are always ready for adhoc request to analyse, and provide insights related to vendor performance and orderbook accuracy and status.



  • You conduct business analyses serving as a base for review, decision making and input for key meetings and overall performance


  • Provide insights through storytelling tailored to a variety of stakeholders. whether you use Email, Excel, Power Point or Tableau, you know how to bring data to live


  • Building relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and provide solutions is what you love to do



The Ideal Candidate


  • Minimum 2+ year of relevant working experience in the international, fast moving fashion environment.


  • End-to-end supply chain knowledge and general understanding of business.


  • Analytical experience in reporting with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and preferably Tableau


  • High level of accuracy and problem-solving skills


  • Passion for process improvement and driving change


  • Accountable and independent working attitude


  • Microsoft Office proficiency: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.


  • Familiar with ERP and supply management tools


  • Ability to work under pressure with deadlines


  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)


  • Comfortable with change and ambiguity


  • Being able to present and highlight crucial topics to various levels of stakeholders
