The Team:


The Ecommerce Department is responsible for managing the European owned and operated calvinklein.com sites across all European markets. The team operates all necessary functions to manage the Ecom business end-to-end. Both brands are growing at a fast pace and have very ambitious growth targets for the coming years.


For the Buying team at CK.com product is everything from building the strategy to trading the product live on site. We make sure we have the right product at the right time, buying the strongest possible assortment for ck.com. The scope of the Buying team is large, we own the relationship with our brands and need to assure that our vision and product knowledge is translated to all other teams.

The Position:


The Buying Coordinator is an integral part of the E-commerce Buying team and works in close collaboration with the entire team. You are the main support for your divisional areas, working closely with the senior members of your team.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Establish a trusted relationship with respective divisions and maintain regular feedback to the divisions on selling performance and relevant data throughout the season.


  • Provide directional input to the content team and studio during creative briefs for style guides, looks, features, promotions, newsletter.


  • Supporting the launch of new products and monitoring the product on our website.


  • Daily price checks and site checks for all products.


  • Support the team during the Ecommerce buy process including raising orders in SAP, and STO creation.


  • Partner with planning to analyse weekly sales reports and present key learnings, areas of opportunity and proposed actions during trade meetings.


  • Working closely with relevant teams to ensure stock is in the right place at the right time.


  • Monitor sell-throughs, proposing and executing trading actions in order to improve sales performance.


  • Stay in tune with market trends, competitor activity and developments in assigned geographic markets.


  • Build and Refresh ad-hoc reports as requested.


  • Support Buying, Management and wider business with ad-hoc queries.


  • Booking in the release of deliveries, keeping track of critical path and alerting the team to any delivery issues.



The Ideal Candidate:


  • Minimum of two years working experience.


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, professional level of English required.


  • An excellent work ethic and ability to multi-task.


  • Good eye for product, demonstrating commercial awareness with a keen interest in the fashion industry and a consumer-centric mind set.


  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.


  • A strong eye for detail, great organizational skills and works to a high level of accuracy.


  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as being a self-motivated individual.


  • Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced demanding environment where teamwork is key.


  • Excellent system skills (Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint)


  • Able to work in a multinational company where cultural awareness/sensitivity is important.
