Freelance Buying Coordinator Tommy Hilfiger
Department Description:
The Buying Operations team is responsible for placing and managing the global Tommy Hilfiger purchase orders and ensuring timely deliveries The team works in close collaboration with Sourcing hubs, Suppliers, Buying and Planning department, Central Operations and Production teams
As a Buying Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for order book management and maintenance in SAP:
Place seasonal and adhoc purchase orders
Data management across several systems/tools
Monitor suppliers On Time Performance
Supplier communication regarding delivery progress
Position Requirements:
Education: HBO / University degree or equivalent in Business/ Supply chain/ Logistics
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in a fast moving international environment working with suppliers
Experience in Fashion industry and/or Supply Chain is an advantage
Analytical and result orientated mind-set
High level of accuracy and problem solving skills
Comfortable working under pressure with deadlines
Pro active, supportive, and hands-on mentality
Excellent communication skills in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Advanced Excel skills required
