The Team

The main responsibility and mission of CKE B&P is to make sure that we deliver the right product in the right availability at the right time with our customers within Europe. We work closely with our key stakeholders towards a well balanced plan based on the merch forecast at planning stage and anticipate where needed in earlier stage before final buy placements, after actual sales have been finalized. Once the buy has been confirmed with and by the global team for global consolidation, we will place our final PO´s at vendor according to what has been agreed on delivery and pricing. It will be key to foresee in a balanced inboundlfow and follow up carefully with SVC/HUBS and vendors to monitor the on time shipment according to agreed AC dates.

The Position

As Buying Coordinator CK (IM tag on) you are responsible for placing the right buy quantities at the right moment and having this available at the right time for our final consumer. Together with the SVC team in different regions, you make sure that the dates agreed with the vendor at planning stage, meet our required AC dates to be able to deliver on time with International markets buying into our EU collection. Once the buy is confirmed with the vendors, you place the final orders accordingly and to follow up till AC date.

Key responsibilities:

. Placing PO's for International Market orders placed.

· Production follow up directly with vendors to make sure agreed AC will be met

· Collaboration with key stakeholders within the organization, like IM Sales teams, Product development, GTM, Central Ops

· Collaborate closely SVC teams

· Reporting and analyses; creating visibility upon the final sales vs buy vs planning for all markets including upcharges and delays.

The Ideal Candidate

· 1-2 years of work experience in Planning/Supply Chain

· PC skills:- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

· Experience with an ERP system is a plus (preferably SAP)

· Effective Time management skills

· Experience with Planning and/or Buying within fashion/consumer goods preferred

· Proven skills in collaborating with and influencing multiple stakeholders

· Strong in communication, both written and verbal (English)

· Team player

· Able to work in a fast-changing environment
