Business Analytics is a fundamental backbone of the Data Integrity and Control Tower function in the Supply Chain Transformation team. The Business Analyst is responsible to give the required business insights and intelligence to serve the business and development strategies. Data and Data Integrity plays a key role in our strategy.
Key tasks/responsibilities:
Reporting owner in Control Tower for supply chain and sourcing initiatives (SAP Analysis for Office in Excel):
Purchase order analyses
Style and material master data deep-dives
BOC monthly reporting
Support on several supply chain topics including:
Trade Compliance initiatives
Buying Office Commission (BOC)
International Markets (IM) payments
Lead manual consolidation exercises as short-term solutions while dashboards are in development
Maintain reports on key performance indicators for the business, and propose enhancements
Preparation of management PowerPoint decks if applicable (ad-hoc)
Validation of relevant master data, and great at providing sanity check for reports
Position Requirements
Bachelor or Master degree with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
Prior experience working in a large US or European corporate organization (preferably FMCG/Fashion business)
Prior experience in upstream Supply Chain business processes a plus
Strong team player and ability to collaborate with remote teams
Strong analytical skills & good project management experience
Pro-active, self-learner, results-driven & solutions-driven
Excellent MS Excel and Powerpoint skills
Must have SAP BW (Analysis for Office) experience
Excellent written and spoken language skills in English
Flexibility to support the different time zones related to global teams
Nice to have basic knowledge of one or more of the following: SAP FMS, Centric PLM, NGC VMS, GTNexus, Tableau
