The Department and Team


TH Marketing Controlling team drives consumer impact through a strong understanding of the financial viability and profitability of our marketing decisions, drive target setting and tracking of performance measurement.



The Role and Responsibilities:


  • Leads financial close for his/her assigned marketing teams through monthly journals and opex tracking


  • Leads monthly and annual budgeting process for assigned marketing teams


  • Leads opex meetings reviewing various teams’ budgets, challenging and partnering with stakeholders


  • Drive transparency on cost drivers of assigned teams by supervising budget process and forecast, reporting actual costs, explaining cost deviations, and identifying savings potential as part of cost saving initiatives


  • Pro-actively supporting, advising and managing stakeholders (budget holders, shared services center, controlling, financial reporting).



The Ideal Candidate:


  • University degree in Business Administration / Finance / Controlling.


  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Finance, Financial Systems or a related area (business controlling/FP&A experience preferred).


  • Keen eye for detail and desire to continually improve current processes.
