About the team
The Brand Merchandising Analytics team sits within the Product Strategy & Transformation (PS&T) team. The PS&T team, in close collaboration with divisions, gives strategical direction, sets objectives on collection KPIs, drives change and monitors results, as well as building a closer link between countries, retail, ecom and head office to fulfill consumer needs by creating the framework for profitable assortments
The Brand Merchandising Analytics team provides insights on product and brand performance that facilitate strategic decision making to (senior) leadership. The team does this through providing tools and data analytics, connecting numbers from different angles. Therefore, it works in close collaboration with different teams in the company e.g. Product Strategy, Marketplace teams, Finance, Product merchandising and Merchandise Planning.

About the role
Reporting into the Brand Merchandising Director, the Brand Merchandising Analytics manager provides data insights and strategic guidance on various topics e.g. collection, pricing, assortment and market performance. You will prepare recommendations and conclusions to a large scope of (sr) leadership for decision making.
You and your team will make use of automated reporting tools such as Tableau, provide and reconcile data collection tools, as well as maintain Excel based data files.
You will be the Brand Merch expert on all projects run through the Product Strategy team, advising best practices in terms of KPI setting and data reporting.

Role and Responsibilities:
 

  • Converting data into strong storylines in Powerpoint
  • Check and balance on Brand Performance KPIs and escalation where needed
  • Managing and setting up your team for success
  • Fostering relationships between you and your team and other key stakeholders (Merchandise Planning, Product Strategy, Finance, Marketplace)

     

The Ideal Candidate: 
 

  • Experienced level in Powerpoint
  • Advanced level of Excel
  • 6 - 8 years experience in fashion industry
