Position Description & responsibilities:
As Blue Yonder implementation project manager, you are responsible to deliver the successful implementation of this new planning platform for our brands Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger. The Blue Yonder implementation is a key enabler of PVH's new and improved end-to-end planning process and an integral part of the company's Vision 2025 strategy.

You will be a member of the Supply Chain Process Development team and work closely with colleagues in the technology, buying and planning, merchandising and business intelligence teams, among others. As part of your direct responsibilities, you will:

 

  • Build roadmap/planning for the Blue Yonder implementation
  • Deliver the created roadmap / planning within the set timelines
  • Set and communicate clear delivery expectations with the different stakeholders, coordinate their actions and align on priorities 
  • Maintain the agreed implementation scope and/or align with stakeholders on any adjustments required 
  • Keep track of the implementation budget and address any significant deviations
  • Provide timely and relevant communication to all stakeholders to ensure alignment 
  • Identify and address relevant risks to the successful implementation of the project
  • Identify and manage any relevant impacts to PVH daily business resulting from the implementation activities
  • Manage the relationship with external implementation partners engaged in the project

     

Requirements:
 

  • University degree from a leading business school/university in business and/or technology 
  • 10+ years of relevant working experience with experience in driving systems/technology implementation projects. Fashion & finance experience is a big plus
  • Preferably have know-how of supply chain processes & systems; specifically within the planning function and with planning tools
  • Highly motivated, driven, proactive. Project management, problem structuring, and strategic problem solving skills
  • Flexible; comfortable working in a fast-paced and fast-changing environment
  • Experience in a complex business environment or matrix organization
  • Experience to work with scrum/agile project methodologies
  • People management experience: establish and maintain relationships within the organization at large to drive development and collaboration
  • Strong communication and presentation skills at leadership level
  • Ability to influence and lead others, collaborative and team player 
  • Business fluency in English (written and verbal)
