PVH Creative Services B2B Brand & Workplace environments is responsible for the architectural & interior design of showrooms, wellness & workplaces for PVH as well as for the design of country specific HQ/ wholesale architectural projects.
PVH Creative Services is also responsible for the design & roll-out of digital showrooms globally.
Position Description and responsibilities:

Reporting into the Senior Manager Concepts & Design, you are responsible for all aspects of FF&E and showroom related details pertaining to Creative Services projects. You work hand in hand with all Designers, Architects, Coordinators and Project Managers involved. 
You are involved in all the different project phases; from devising concepts, detailed designs, to monitoring/directing execution and installation on site. You are responsible for providing FF&E designs for showrooms and other CS projects, and will work together with the showroom designer and Sr. Manager Concepts & Design on devising seasonal showroom proposals. You provide, enable, check and supervise all relevant (technical) drawings, material specs as well as ensuring that the designs fit the assigned functional requirements.

In depth knowledge of general sustainability principles and developments in order to align all material and design choices with the “Make it possible” & “Climate Cool” initiatives and PVH's 2030 corporate targets is essential. You work closely with, and monitors the suppliers & contractors involved during the entire process and signs off the final product once delivered. You are the go to person in the department regarding the subject of sustainability and material enquiries and educates/leads the team in following the set guidelines.

You must have relevant & goal-focused work experience (5 years minimum), and be comfortable interacting & working directly with suppliers, freelancers, temporary staff & international colleagues alike.

You must possess an absolute eye for detail & perfection as well as be thoroughly organized & capable of working on multiple projects at the same time. 

You are a constant source of innovative ideas & solutions, a pro-active learner, using downtime to research new developments in the field & sharing these findings with the team.
Lastly, awareness of developments in the field, being in tune with competitors & being able to apply all this knowledge to all related projects is key. 


You are responsible for;

-FF&E Design in view of Seasonal Showrooms 
-FF&E Design for PVH HQ and country refit/relocation requests 
-FF&E Design for Digital Showrooms 
-Maintaining & evolving the corporate/departmental sustainability standards

The process thereof includes: 
-   Providing, enabling, supervising & checking requested FF&E designs, drawings and material specs

-   Communication with the stakeholders/teams involved in order to identify/define the functional 
requirements and ensuring the design accommodates the specific functional requests (incl. team leads/VP?s) 

-   Working together with the Designers & Coordinators involved on all related sourcing, tendering & budgeting as well as all related project schedules, and enabling flexibility in the design process to adapt/revise when required. Proactively suggests alternative material/design suggestions in order to meet the set targets
-   Enabling the execution & delivery of (seasonal) concepts to the Amsterdam flagship showrooms as well as supporting by remote for delivery to global showroom locations (30+). This includes creating design packs, providing artworks & graphics for printing/production, creating required technical drawings in support of FF&E elements and communicating with all related vendors & contractors.
-   Following projects from concept to execution helping to ensure the end result is as per concept & brief
-   Together with the Architects, making sure all FF&E elements are produced to fit the site location
-   Together with the Coordinators & Designers involved, responsible for guiding/directing execution & installation on site, and making sure the design is delivered as intended
-   Designing & adapting to scope, always keeping both budgets & sustainability targets in mind.
-   Actively researching, sharing & driving initiatives supporting PVH?s corporate Sustainability targets (circular design, recycling, repurposing) and lead the team in following the guidelines. 
-   Ensure project files are organized and maintained to standard

-   Pro-actively report the assigned project lead(s) on progress of projects and project risks
-   Maintaining and evolving the material library considering new innovations and sustainability targets 
-   Partnering with the Senior Manager Concepts & Design, & the Coordinator Digital Projects, seek to evolve our digital footprint by focusing on Innovation & providing new Brand relevant Experiences.

Requirements:
-   A bachelor/master's degree in Interior/furniture design, architecture or equivalent experience
-   A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in FF&E design or similar field
-   Extremely technical and knowledge of material properties, production processes & construction methods for interior/furniture design
-   In depth knowledge about sustainability principles 
-   Demonstrated energy, drive, determination and persistence; ability to multitask
-   A hands-on attitude 
-   Absolute team player 
-   Close attention to detail & perfection across all aspects of design 
-   Experience in graphic design is a +
-   Open minded with a global design mindset
-   Outstanding organizational skills
-   Full proficiency in design programs (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch Up, Vray, Autocad)
-   Understanding of budgeting & planning
-   Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal (English a must; Dutch or other languages a +)
-   Independent, quick thinker & solutions? driven
