The Position
The Executive Assistant to the EVP Sustainable Business and Innovation for Tommy Hilfiger Global and PVH Europe supports and unburdens the EVP in the daily management of the SB&I group. The assistant is in many cases the representative of the EVP towards internal and external stakeholders working according the same values. The assistant ensures the EVP can operate in the most effective and efficient manner and shares the EVP's responsibility for the wellbeing of the SB&I group.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to multitask, while working in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment. You will be self-motivated, proactive, maintain a strong emphasis on organization and an unwavering attention to detail. This is a demanding role that needs someone with good judgment, great communication, and the ability to come up with solutions and execute them. Deliverables, responsibilities and expectations
Provide a wide variety of support functions to executives including but not limited to:

  • Heavy and proactive calendar management, including scheduling internal and external meetings with high level attendants and balancing priorities 
  • Meeting preparations
  • Inbox management with referring, actioning and answering emails
  • Event planning (e.g. offsites, workshops, conferences, internal team events, etc.)
  • Prepare and send out divisional e-mails
  • Travel arrangements (domestic and international)
  • Expenses
  • Facilities/IT/new hire arrangements
  • Organization and prioritization to be able to handle and process multiple, often competing, requests.
  • Strong cross functional partnership and communications, within SB&I, across division and department leaders and among EAs supporting those groups.
  • Follow up/follow through and execution.
  • Strong voice for the team 
  • Proactivity to spot trends and help bring attention to needs.
  • Ability to be discrete and handle sensitive information.
  • Curiosity about the business context to be able to point out team misalignments or question prioritization
