Role and Responsibilities:
Analyze, Design, Develop and Test robust Data Warehouse solutions in SAP HANA & SAP BW

Design, automate, schedule and load jobs necessary to extract data from source systems or external providers into the Data Warehouse

Ensure efficient data processing on an ongoing basis including data consistency of data attributes, naming conventions and element value types

Improve speed of new releases (continuous delivery) by collaborating with the report, data lake and support teams

Ensure that all data flows & models are documented in line with the guidelines and ready on release to production
 
The Ideal Candidate: 
4+ years of relevant work experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Business Management, Computer Science, Mathematics, Econometrics or other appropriate education

Experience with SAP BW on HANA

Experience with SAP HANA modelling

Knowledge of SQL/AMDP & ABAP languages, python is a plus

Good understanding of data modelling and data warehouse architecture principles.

Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills, with a passion for problem solving and investigation

Basic understanding of retail & wholesale business processes is a plus

Ability to coordinate with cross-functional team members and to work in an agile way

Excellent English communication skills; the ability to convey complex analysis results clearly and with conviction to all levels of stakeholders

Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and concepts

Experience with Cloud based Data Lake is plus..
