Description

• Be the Technical Product Analyst + Scrum Master for multiple platforms & tools (Digital Selling platform, CMS, API Gateway, etc.) on a global scale, for both Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein. Support the consolidation of existing platforms, building new solutions (APIs, etc.) and continuously improving them over time with the team.

• Be a champion of Agile product development and guide other stakeholders to learn and adopt those methodologies. Train & coach the team on processes & tools (Jira, Git, Confluence, etc.)

• Lead the agile ceremonies (demo, planning, grooming, retro, etc.) and continuously improve our team processes over time. Enforcing general process and conflict resolution.

• Responsible for products & team processes including scope definition, task planning, team velocity, software development, rollout and support of the solutions.

o Defining: work with technical product owner in building clear briefings, define project/product objectives, etc. Create clarity in processes to deliver & implement the products in the markets.

o Scoping: together with developers, assess technical effort to realize the project, uncover dependencies, create timelines.

o Planning: support PO to write user stories and refine with developers.

o Development: help developers to work without impediments, uncover dependencies and report on progress & risks

o Rollout: work with expansion & infrastructure teams to deploy the solution to the stores, produce product documentation, etc.

o Support: oversee eventual hypercare, maintain content update, monitor, assign and respond to L2-3 tickets in TopDesk

• Perform qualitative & quantitative data analysis to better understand the performance of our solutions and the overall health of our platform.

• Regularly report on projects status and continuously groom & refine backlog. Anticipate and communicate risks to key stakeholders in IT, different business functions and external vendors.


Requirements:

• Experience with Agile product development methodologies

• Ability to work directly with Engineering teams as well as Business stakeholders, to enthusiastically rally teams & people around your ideas and goals

• Knowledge on cloud technologies (AWS), Micro Services, Kong, Docker, Databases, etc. is a plus

• Knowledge on Java, PHP, React is a plus
