The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst and Scrum Master to guide and coach the digital retail membership team in Scrum ways of working and agile mindset. The Scrum Master will work closely together with our coaches in the Agile Center of Excellence on building a high performing agile domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide the teams, stakeholders, and Product Owner on the Scrum Framework.
- Guide the team on how to get the most out of self-organization.?
- Coach the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.
- Coach the team to continuously improve and do so with data.
- Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments.
- Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
- Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on learning and problem solving.?
- Facilitate effective internal and external communication and improve transparency within the team.
- Help build a productive environment where team members ?own? the product and enjoy working on it.
- Provide all support to the team using a servant leadership style and lead by example.
The Ideal Candidate:
- At least first level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I).?
- 3-5 Years of experience as a Scrum Master for a development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
- Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.?
- Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
- Knowledge of Lean techniques such as kaizen and root cause analysis.
- Experience with scaling techniques/dealing with dependencies between teams.
- Knows how to advice team agile maturity with DATA
- Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the team is a plus.
- Previous experience in data/analytics teams is a plus.
