CRM Operations Specialist (PVH)
Department and Team
The CRM, Loyalty & Personalization team has 3 key objectives:
- Increase consumer engagement
- Improve retention rate
- Drive traffic and conversion to support sales and marketing efforts
The CRM team is part of the Marketing department. The CRM team drives and facilitates various projects related to consumer data intelligence activated through email, app, SMS and more touchpoints with the aim of building loyalty and retention.
The Position
The CRM Operations Specialist will be responsible for delivering Post Sale email communications. Post Sale communications (Transactional Emails) are critical touch points with ecommerce buyers and help fostering the consumer experience and creating a relationship.
The person filling the position will be coordinating different stakeholders from various teams to build, deploy and maintain Transactional Emails for both Tommy Hilfiger & Calvin Klein.
For this role, we need an expert with proficiency on Excel, high attention to detail and past experience in an Email automation platform (Salesfrorce, MS Dynamics, HubSpot, MailChimp, SugarCRM…)
The perfect candidate is curious, reasonably technical, positive, organized and ideally dats savvy.
Position Responsibilities:
Transactional Communication
- Be the go-to person for all questions relating to our Transactional Email communications
- Get actively involved on the implementation of the solutions
- Liaise with different stakeholders from various departments to manage their requests, prioritizing them and providing realistic deadlines based on resources and capabilities.
- Develop processes and best practices for implementing new developments and/or optimizations to existing communications/processes.
Project Management
- Manage projects for both brands in the area of post-sale communications
- Ensure the appropriate stakeholders get involved based on project requirements
- Keep all stakeholders aligned & focused on the deliverables in order to deliver the end product according to the timelines and specifications

- Expert in Excel
- Strong project management skills

- Strong communication and storytelling skills, written and verbal
- Results-driven and fact based communication style
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to juggle complex priorities and projects
- Passion for innovation in the field of marketing automation
- Able to work independently and proactively have a curious mindset, with an ability to adapt to and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
You Bring:
- A University degree (e.g. in Business, Marketing, Economics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Computer Science)
- 1-3 years’ experience in digital marketing, CRM or marketing operations
- 1 year of experience with campaign management tools, preferably experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Nice to Haves:
- Experience working with fashion or lifestyle brands
- Passion or understanding of retail marketing
- Comfortable with HTML, JavaScript or SQL
