The Department and Team
The Tommy Hilfiger Brand Office is structured to help align and elevate all consumer-facing work across Merchandising, Design, Marketing and Creative Services, in addition to being the interface with other key headquarter and regional business partners.
As we head towards our 2025 transformation, the Brand Office's enabling teams will ensure we do so with all cylinders firing together, ensuring our strategy sits across every aspect of the brand:

The Position
This role has exposure to a wide range of teams within the organization and supports the day-to-day execution of the Internal and External Communications strategy for the global CEO. Supports in building and protecting the reputation of the brand?s CEO through proactive research, tracking and reporting, supervision of visual assets development, and of supporting materials.
Core Responsibilities:
Support in strategy development and monitoring:
- Supporting throughout the development of main strategy and monitoring progress.
Executive Social Media
- Keeper of content calendar for each social platform. Brainstorm and brief engaging posts, aligned with primary strategy
- Work directly with internal stakeholders and third-party agencies on supporting the creation of dynamic visual assets.
- Day-to-day tracking of profile on social media platforms as well as community monitoring. Development of recap documents on a monthly basis to present to CEO on progress.
Speaking Engagement & Press features Opportunities:
- Research, identify and propose top-tier opportunities creating summary documents
- Support in development of visual assets, such as presentations, imagery, videos, etc.
- Coordinate logistics and supporting materials such as itineraries, agendas, briefing and summaries documents, to ensure a seamless flow of activities.
- During media days, supporting in coordinating itineraries for executives and media members, as well as host journalists during press events, and compile content for post-interview fact checks.
Administration & Logistics:
- Support in development of corporate presentations, videos, imagery, recaps, as well as management of assets library, for easy retrieval and archival in an organized manner.
- Budget coordination that includes raise of POs, invoicing processes, working as a bridge between vendors and Finance teams to submit and track payments.
The ideal candidate:
- Experience: minimum 1-2 years of experience in Communications.
- Project Management: highly organized and structured individual with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload. Flexible and proactive mindset, work under tight deadlines, be capable to adjust while moving and ensure quality and accuracy.
- Puzzle solver: ability to put different pieces of feedback together into a storyline. Coordinate project pace and progress, while moving with a clear roadmap. Resourceful and hands-on team player, with ability to think of creative solutions.
- Research skills: strength in analyzing, synthesizing and summarizing high volumes of information.
- Strong Stakeholder Management: capable of working with (senior) stakeholders, compiling information, transforming all feedback into concise summary documents.
- Technical Skillset: advanced knowledge of Keynote and PPT to create dynamic presentations.
Candidate nice-to-haves:
- Experience in managing social media channels ? LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Previous experience in Corporate Communications, PR and/or Fashion industry
- Knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign.
