The Team
The Connected Commerce team is a keystone of the wider Ecom department, which has expanded significantly over the past years and is 100+ people strong. Our team consists of highly motivated and skilled professionals from various backgrounds and nationalities, making it an inspiring environment to work.
The Ecommerce department is responsible for managing the European own and operated tommy.com and ck.com sites across all European markets as well as the Ecom Partner Program (marketplace business model) for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein, which is a new sales channel for our Ecommerce business. As the Partner Program business is one of the main growth opportunities, there is a high focus in the organization to support the expansion to third-party websites and platforms.
PVH is accessing the marketplace industry with two different Partner Programs: the Ecom Partner Program (fulfillment of partner orders via Ecom Warehouse) and Connected Retail (fulfillment of partners orders via our own-and-operated stores). These Partner Programs drive incremental business value by reaching new consumers and growing market share while increasing the Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein brand awareness.
The Connected Commerce team's objective is to expand our existing partners footprint by entering new markets, connecting new marketplaces, as well as enhancing the current Partner Program platform and solutions by offering innovative digital products, tools and services to support the growing Partner Program business. We analyze new ideas, evaluate them and decide based on strategic fit and value to both our brands, about implementation, scope, timelines and implications on the Partner Program roadmap.
